EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy and comfortable in your sharmbaa convertible clothing. Therefore, we gladly offer free exchanges. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. We offer free exchanges in the US, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely, pre-orders).

Please email: returns@sharmbaa.com to request a free return label within the US. If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways. 

- Free exchanges within the US if merchandise is unworn and brand new.

- Only one free exchange per order. For example, if you exchange for another sharmbaa convertible item and that size doesn't fit you either, the shipping cost is covered by you, the customer. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Free Returns within the United States on all sharmbaa purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products. 

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on our products that have not been worn or having labels removed.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if you purchase a sharmbaa shrug for $200 and we ship it to you for $20, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. By purchasing from sharmbaaShoppe LLC you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country. 

If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you. 

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You must contact us first at ( returns@sharmbaa.com ) and we will then provide you with a return label and instructions.

All products must be shipped back unworn with labels in tact. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you. 

sharmbaaShoppe LLC will not be responsible for lost returns.

For international returns outside of the USA, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately can not take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not worn and labels removed. Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your credit card/banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund. 

PayPal Purchases: We must receive your returned item no more than 45 days after you receive your purchase.  As long as it is unworn and in the original condition in which it was purchased, a full refund will be given.

Credit Card Purchases: You can return your sharmbaa convertible clothing up to a year after the original purchase, as long as it is unworn and in the original condition in which it was purchased.
